Showtime Challenges are not part of the Season 7 Battle Pass but are instead a lead up to the Marshmello event scheduled for this Saturday. Our guide has tips on completing all the available challenges.
One challenge will be made available each day leading up to the Marshmello in-game event on Saturday, February 2 (Sunday, February 3 at 2:00AM ET for those who missed it originally). These challenges will only be available through the rest of February 2 so get them done as soon as possible! Jump to each challenge of the Showtime Challenges with these links:
- Search a Showtime Poster
- Visit the Showtime venue
- Use Keep It Mello at a trucker’s oasis, ice cream parlor, and a frozen lake
Posters promoting the upcoming event have appeared across the Fortnite map and your job is to find one poster and interact with it. That’s right, just one. There are several locations and we’ve mapped out three for you to pick from, including the one at Pleasant Park under the ramada at the center of town.
- Gas Station at Pleasant Park
- On the factories at Loot Lake
- On the big red barn in Fatal Fields
A very simple challenge where you need to land at the recently set up stage at Pleasant Park. Don’t have to dance or defeat anyone, just step on the stage and the challenge will count.
Now that you’ve unlocked the Keep It Mello emote for completing the second challenge, equip said emote into your main emote wheel and head to these three locations. Once there, use the emote to complete each part of the challenge! Doesn’t matter what order you do them in.
The trucker’s oasis is at the gas station in the southern portion of the desert biome. One of the two shops is actually called Truck N’ Oasis, so dance there!
The ice cream parlor is its own unique shop to the west of the race track in the desert biome. Make sure to step inside or stand on the roof while dancing.
The frozen lake is the, you guessed it, frozen lake north of Polar Peak. Dance anywhere on the ice! Rest in pease, Greasy Grove.
SHOWTIME COSMETIC REWARDS
The rewards above are the confirmed rewards for the event, but there are a couple more cosmetics related to the event but you can purchase the Marshmello Skin and Mello Rider Glider from the item shop!
Then there’s the pretty interesting looking Marshmello event loading screen. It might just show up in the game during the time of the event, but there’s also a possibility it will be somehow available as a cosmetic. If it’s not available during the event, I won’t be surprised to see it as part of the Season 8 Battle Pass where they have a tendency to stick art from the previous season.
