The third week of Fortnite Overtime Challenges is here. This time, we’ll be unlocking the yellow variant of the Cameo vs. Chic skin. This would have been the final week of challenges, but Epic extended Season 1 and will be adding a few more to complete in the meantime.
The challenges for this week are of medium difficulty. We have easy challenges like eliminations with an AR, Shotgun, and Sniper as well as more difficult challenges like visiting specific locations.
Here are all of the challenges for the Cameo vs. Chic Overtime rewards:
- Catch an item with a Fishing Rod at different locations with No Fishing signs (0/3)
- Consume an Apple, a Mushroom, and a Slurproom (0/3)
- Search a Rare Chest or Supply Llama (0/3)
- Elimination at different named locations (0/5)
- Catch a fish at Lake Canoe, Lazy Lake, and Flopper Pond (0/3)
- Visit a lonely recliner, a radio station, and an outdoor movie theater (0/3)
- Get an elimination with an Assault Rifle, Shotgun, and a Sniper Rifle (0/3)
- Destroy a telescope, a television, and a telephone pole (0/3)
- Search the hidden gnome found in between a race track, a cabbage patch and a farm sign (0/1)
- Dance at the top of and Mount H7, Mount F8, and Mount Kay (0/3)
There are ten challenges in total, but you only have to complete nine of them to receive the rewards. You might want to skip a challenge if you’re having difficulty with it – unless you’re a completionist.
Luckily, TheSquattingDog has us covered with a detailed breakdown of the week’s challenges. You can take a look at the interactive map to find all of the locations you need. As always, it’s often easier to complete some of these in Team Rumble.
With another 21 days until Season 2, Epic is going to have to add something to keep players coming back. My best guess? A free Battle Pass, similar to last year.
Epic gave us the ‘Share the Love’ event last year around Valentine’s Day, allowing us to unlock next season’s Battle Pass for free. At the time, they were fighting the growing popularity of Apex Legends. Now, they would be throwing players a bone for extending the season across five months.
We can only hope that this is the case. Until then, we will be completing our challenges and continuing to grind Season 1.

Fortnite Chapter 3 chicken locations: How to fly with chickens
Fortnite features chickens that can be found at different points on the map, so here are all of their locations in Chapter 3, along with how you can use them to fly.
The Fortnite map features a ton of cool locations for you to visit, and you can often encounter creatures on the Island such as gigantic Klombo Dinosaurs as well as smaller animals like chickens.
While the chickens might not sound particularly notable, they can be extremely helpful in certain situations, and you’ll need to use them in order to complete the Fortnite Avian Ambush Quests.
Here’s how you can find chickens in Fortnite.
Fortnite Chapter 3 chicken locations
Chickens can easily be found in Fortnite Chapter 3, as their locations are spread out across the island. While they tend to spawn at random, they commonly appear in a few areas on the map.
Here are the Fortnite chicken locations:
- Southwest of Greasy Grove.
- Near the gas station west of Logjam Lumberyard.
- At the center of the map, where Tilted Towers is currently covered by snow.
- Over the river north of Rocky Reels.
- Near the gas station south of Rocky Reels.
- West of the Daily Bugle.
How to use chickens to fly in Fortnite
Having a chicken in your hand will make your jumps much more effective than before. This is because it will help you catch a little more air, and you can use this to cover more distance across the map.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Locate and grab a chicken in the wild
- While holding the chicken, launch yourself off a cliff or elevated surface
- Hold on to the chicken while in the air in order to glide across the map
This trick will be useful when you find yourself getting overwhelmed by enemies or when the circle is closing in. These chickens can also be used to open Vaults filled with high-tier weapons and loot.
