Best Fortnite Keybinds

The best Fortnite keybinds, does it really exist? We hope to shed some light on it in this guide. Recently many of the top professional Fortnite players like Myth, Tfue, and SypherPK announced on stream and YouTube that they had changed their Fortnite keybinds. They did this to keep up to par with the growing crowd of competitive Fortnite players who want to become the next big thing. Building is such an important aspect of Fortnite Battle Royale, so it would be silly not to look into your keybinds to see if there is room for improvement.

In this guide, we will take a look at what keybinds works best for fast and efficient building strategies and edits, based on what pro players who are considered some of the best builders are using. Now we are not saying that these players are the definitive the best builders, but they are chosen because there is a consensus in the competitive community that these players indeed have some very good building skills. This guide will be focused on PC players, but if we get a lot of requests we might write an article for Xbox and PlayStation as well.
The guide is organized in a way that we will go through one player at a time and explain their keybinds. If you are already planning to change your keybinds after a good amount of time, please bear in mind that it requires a good amount of patience. In the beginning, your muscle memory will not have adopted yet, and you will make many mistakes when you get into action and the battle gets going.
Even pro players like Tfue looked somewhat like a noob right after he changed his keybinds – your brain needs time and practice to adjust properly, and this doesn’t just happen over 10 minutes. If you are making drastic changes, you should probably expect up to a week with consistent gaming before you are completely comfortable with your new keybindings. When that is said, let’s get into looking at the some of the best Fortnite builders, please note they are not in any specific order.

Some advice related to Fortnite keybinds
As you can see, it varies a lot what pro players use for their keybinds. Some are really successful with the default keybinds, while others have done a good amount research to find some optimized keybinds for themselves. What is best will also vary from person to person. I could imagine that people with relatively small hands, would find it difficult to use the default keybindings.
What we would recommend, is that you find some keybinds that you find comfortable with and that are not too far away on the keyboard. “But my keybinds are already comfortable” – it might be, they might be the best for you, but I would still consider to give them a check if you are serious about gaming and improving in Fortnite.
I hope you enjoyed this guide, feel free to share it with friends and online communities to spread the word, we really appreciate this. If you have any suggestions or want to suggest a player that we look into, please leave a comment on this page. Also, please let us know if you find any mistakes.

Chapter 3 Season 2 Live Event: Everything we know so far

The first live event of Chapter 3 is expected to take place in less than six weeks. Here’s everything we know so far, based on various leaks.
Leaked Map Stages
All future stages for the territories controlled by both The Seven and Imagined Order have been leaked by data-miner Hypex. The maps show the Resistance will retake control of most of the Island, leaving only Command Cavern and Loot Lake for the IO. The final stage will lead the story directly into a live event, with the Imagined Order having little options left for victory.
Leaked Quest Voice Line
Epic also recently added new voice lines for the upcoming Week 6 Quests which, when reviewed closely, appear to tease the main story of a new live event. The Agent Jones character claims “one of the IO’s Doomsday devices is now in production”, seemingly hinting that the new event could be related to Chapter 2 Season 2’s The Device, which was also focused around a “Doomsday Device”.
A transcript of the Agent Jones voice lines can be found below:
“This will not come as a surprise, but IO management loves Doomsday machines – loves them! There’s even a doomsday division at HQ, oh man their softball team is awful but they will one day destroy us all so… kind of a wash. We have very credible intel that one of the IO’s Doomsday devices is now in production. We need to find out everything we can while we still can. Hit the field, I’ll prep the cameras . . . I have a very bad feeling that we are not ready for what we’re gonna find out.”
Doomsday Landmark
According to Fortnite data-miner GMatrixGames, a new Landmark code-named ‘DDMachine’ has been added to the game’s tags, suggesting that the Doomsday Device described by Agent Jones could be added to the map in the future.
Less than six weeks remain until the potential live event. We’ll keep you updated with the latest leaks and official announcements.

Boogie Bomb and Rift-To-Go Unvaulted Until April 25

In preparation for the upcoming item vote, the Boogie Bomb and Rift-To-Go have both been unvaulted for a trial period until April 25.
Players can now find the items scattered throughout the Island from Chests, Llamas, Supply Drops, Loot Sharks and ground loot. Once the short trial period ends on April 25 at 8AM ET, new gold funding stations will go live in-game on the following day to let players “fund” the item they want to see return permanently (for the rest of Season 2). The item that becomes 100% funded first will automatically be reintroduced to the loot pool as soon as the goal, of which the exact value is unknown, is reached.
We’ll keep you updated on which item gets unvaulted.
