See our FAQ below for how Level Up Quest Packs work, as well as more info about Monarch’s Level Up Quest Pack specifically.

Level Up Quest Pack FAQ

What do I get in a Level Up Quest Pack?

New Outfit

When you purchase a Level Up Quest Pack, you immediately unlock a new Outfit! The Outfit you unlock with Monarch’s Level Up Quest Pack? None other than the butterfly-emblazoned, shadowy Monarch

Quests for Cosmetics and for 28 Full Levels

A Level Up Quest Pack includes seven new Level Up Quests released every week for four consecutive weeks, a total of 28 Quests. The Level Up Quests are available from the launch of the Pack until the end of the current Season. (How many Quests that are available at the time of purchase depends on which week you purchase the Pack. No matter when you purchase it, however, you’ll have all 28 Quests by Week 4.)

Each Level Up Quest involves collecting a hidden Level Up Token on the Island. For completing all of a week’s Quests, you’ll unlock a new cosmetic reward, making four cosmetics rewards total

Here are all the cosmetic rewards unlockable with the Quests in Monarch’s Level Up Quest Pack:

  • Week 1 Quests: Shattered Wings Back Bling
  • Week 2 Quests: Monarch’s Glow Wrap
  • Week 3 Quests: Golden Style of the Shattered Wings Back Bling
  • Week 4 Quests: Golden Style of the Monarch Outfit

For completing each individual Level Up Quest, you’ll earn one full level. That means you can level up in the Battle Pass up to 28 times with a Level Up Quest Pack!

What happens if I purchase a Level Up Quest Pack after it’s been out more than a week?

Bought a Level Up Quest Pack during its second week of availability? You’ll have the Week 2 and Week 1 Quests available! Third week of availability? Week 3, Week 2, and Week 1. The pattern continues for the fourth week of availability. Level Up Quest Packs remain available until the end of the Season.

When do Quests from a Level Up Quest Pack expire?

Because Level Up Quest Packs are Seasonal, all the Quests expire at the end of the current Season. This means that the Level Up Quests in Monarch’s Level Up Quest Pack will expire at the end of Chapter 3 Season 1 (March 19, 2022).

Quests do not expire when a new week’s Quests become available, so don’t worry if you’ve gotten to Week 4 and haven’t completed the previous weeks’ Quests yet!

After I purchase a Level Up Quest Pack, where can I find the Quests?

Level Up Quests can be found in the “Quests” page in their own category. Quests from Monarch’s Level Up Quest Pack will be in the “Monarch” category.

How do I purchase a Level Up Quest Pack? Can I gift one to a friend?

Level Up Quest Packs are sold in the Item Shop for V-Bucks. Monarch’s Level Up Quest Pack is available for 1,200 V-Bucks. And yes, you can gift a Level Up Quest Pack to a friend!

Are Level Up Quest Packs eligible for Return Request usage?

Level Up Quest Packs are ineligible for Return Request usage. Read more about Return Requests in our help article on refunds/returns.

I’m only a little bit of XP away from leveling up. Would completing a Level Up Quest to level up be a waste?

If you’re only a little bit of XP away from leveling up, don’t worry about “wasting” a Level Up Quest. Let’s say you’re at Level 89 with only 15,000 XP away from Level 90. If you complete a Level Up Quest, you won’t get to Level 90 with a full XP bar away from Level 91. Instead, you’ll be at Level 90 with 15,000 XP away from Level 91.

Advance your Battle Pass progress in a new way while unlocking new looks: spread your wings with Monarch’s Level Up Quest Pack!

Chapter 3 Season 2 Live Event: Everything we know so far

The first live event of Chapter 3 is expected to take place in less than six weeks. Here’s everything we know so far, based on various leaks.

Leaked Map Stages

All future stages for the territories controlled by both The Seven and Imagined Order have been leaked by data-miner Hypex. The maps show the Resistance will retake control of most of the Island, leaving only Command Cavern and Loot Lake for the IO. The final stage will lead the story directly into a live event, with the Imagined Order having little options left for victory.

Leaked Quest Voice Line

Epic also recently added new voice lines for the upcoming Week 6 Quests which, when reviewed closely, appear to tease the main story of a new live event. The Agent Jones character claims “one of the IO’s Doomsday devices is now in production”, seemingly hinting that the new event could be related to Chapter 2 Season 2’s The Device, which was also focused around a “Doomsday Device”.

A transcript of the Agent Jones voice lines can be found below:

“This will not come as a surprise, but IO management loves Doomsday machines – loves them! There’s even a doomsday division at HQ, oh man their softball team is awful but they will one day destroy us all so… kind of a wash. We have very credible intel that one of the IO’s Doomsday devices is now in production. We need to find out everything we can while we still can. Hit the field, I’ll prep the cameras . . . I have a very bad feeling that we are not ready for what we’re gonna find out.”

Doomsday Landmark

According to Fortnite data-miner GMatrixGames, a new Landmark code-named ‘DDMachine’ has been added to the game’s tags, suggesting that the Doomsday Device described by Agent Jones could be added to the map in the future.

Less than six weeks remain until the potential live event. We’ll keep you updated with the latest leaks and official announcements.

Boogie Bomb and Rift-To-Go Unvaulted Until April 25

In preparation for the upcoming item vote, the Boogie Bomb and Rift-To-Go have both been unvaulted for a trial period until April 25.

Players can now find the items scattered throughout the Island from Chests, Llamas, Supply Drops, Loot Sharks and ground loot. Once the short trial period ends on April 25 at 8AM ET, new gold funding stations will go live in-game on the following day to let players “fund” the item they want to see return permanently (for the rest of Season 2). The item that becomes 100% funded first will automatically be reintroduced to the loot pool as soon as the goal, of which the exact value is unknown, is reached.

We’ll keep you updated on which item gets unvaulted.
